FAQ – bull98 VIP Rewards Programme

Answers to the most frequently asked questions about our VIP membership.

Your VIP points start accumulating automatically the moment you place your first bet at Bull98. For every RM 10 wagered across any game — football, slots, roulette, lottery, cricket, or Live Casino — you earn 1 VIP point. No special registration required; all registered Bull98 members are automatically enrolled in the VIP Rewards programme.

It depends on how often and how much you wager. To reach Gold tier, you need 20,000 VIP points, which means a cumulative total of RM 200,000 in wagers. Active players betting RM 500–RM 1,000 a day can typically hit Gold within 6 to 12 months. There are also special promotional events where VIP point multipliers are activated, accelerating your progress.

bull98's weekly VIP cashback carries just a 1x wagering requirement — one of the lowest in the industry. That means you only need to wager the cashback amount once before withdrawing. Unlike other platforms that may impose 5x or 10x requirements, bull98 makes sure your rewards are genuinely enjoyable without the burden of excessive conditions.

Your VIP points remain active as long as you place at least one bet within any 90-day period. If your account is inactive for more than 90 days, your VIP points will expire and your membership tier will be reset to Bronze. bull98 will send an email and SMS notification as a reminder 14 days before the expiry date, giving you a chance to maintain your tier.

VIP points at Bull98 function as a tiering system rather than points redeemable directly for cash. Cash rewards are delivered through weekly cashback, monthly rewards, and tier-based special bonuses. This ensures the rewards you receive are meaningful and worthwhile, rather than small amounts spread thin across many categories.
